Clark equipment campaign no n/a.trailer.manfd prior to 7-21 1965.possibility of fatigue failure of axle tube.if failure occurs outside ofattachment of suspension components, axle spindle and attached parts couldbecome disengaged from trailer and roll free and uncontrolled, possibilyresulting in loss of control of tractor-trailer unit.(correct by inspectingand installing improved axle where necessary).
