Possibility that power brake booster may malfunction under cold weather conditions.this can be caused by sticking of an internal rubber control valve or by a delay in the action of the check valve.this malfunction could result in a considerable increase in the pedal pressure required to stop the car.(replace booster with redesigned unit.)
