International harvester campaign no r-71001.1965 thru 1970.  Bolts securingsteering column, universal joint yoke and shaf t may become loose, causingbolts, yoke and shaft to wear, con tinued use over long period of time couldresult in loss of st eering.(correct by replacing bolts with new hardenedbolts.  )
