Trucks.vhcls shpd btwn nov 16 & dec.21 1971.possibility that materialused in wheels cast was of defective quality and may crack due to poorductility and low strength.condition could result in wheel failure and lossof vehicle control.(correct by inspecting and replacing wheels wherenecessary.)
