Volvo campaign no v-14.models 142, 144, 145, 164, 182 and 183 only.possibility that throttle control cable inner wire may become frayed andpossibly cause throttle to become stuck in partially-open position.ifcondition exists, vehicle would become difficult to control.(correct byinspecting and replacing with new improved cable where necessary.).
