Description
The steering column adapter can contact and eventually cut through the steering shaft.
Consequence
Corrective Action
Dealer will replace any steering shaft which shows signs of wear. The existing steering column adapter will be replaced with a new adapter of a different design to ensure proper clearance, without charge.
