DEFECT #1 - VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER

Description
The windshield wiper may over-travel its designed sweep angle during its initial stroke with the possibility of temporary wiper immobilization.

Consequence


Corrective Action
Dealer will install a restriction fitting in the control valve at no cost to owner.

Notes
Vehicle description: trucks.system: visual; windshield wiper.consequences of defect: in the event of heavy rain conditions, theimmobilization of wipers would cause a visual obstruction which could lead to avehicle accident.
