Description
The involved mopeds do not conform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no.  120, tire selection and rims for vehicles other than passenger cars.  Labels which indicate the proper rim and tire size and cold tire inflation pressures were omitted.

Consequence


Corrective Action
Dealer will install the proper label without charge to owner.

Vehicle description: mopeds.system: equipment; certification labels.consequences of defect: lack of this information could lead to selection ofincorrect rims as replacement parts and incorrect inflation pressures.  Thiswould create an unsafe driving condition that could result in a vehicleaccident.
