Description
The present exit door configuration may allow a passengers foot, arm, or shoulder, or the body of a child to become caught in the door pocket.

Consequence


Corrective Action
Warning decals and modification kit will be provided without charge.

DEFECT #2 - LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LATCH

Description
An incorrect length screw was used for attaching the emergency exit release mechanism.  This may cause the handle to become loose and, possibly, inoperative.

Consequence


Corrective Action
Dealer will install longer screws and, if necessary, a new retainer plate in the emergency exit release mechanism.
