DEFECT #1 - VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:LINKAGES

Description
A leak of either gasoline or propane can occur in components of the dual fuel system.  This condition is primarily the result of the configuration and location of components in areas where high temperatures are being generated by the engine and exhaust systems.

Consequence
Fuel leaks can result in fires when exposed to a sourceof ignition.

Corrective Action
Remove the dual fuel system components, seal the propane tank liquid withdrawal valve, and restore a viable gasoline fuel delivery system.

DEFECT #2 - STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERS

Description
On certain vehicles a bending of the frame may develop near the points of attachment between the undercarriage and vehicle body.  This bending may lead to additional damage to interior and exterior structures of the vehicle.

Consequence


Corrective Action
Dealer will install additional steel plates at the points of undercarriage attachment, reposition existing shock absorbers, and add two more without charge to owner.
