The upscale manufacturer was based in Buffalo NY. The 1929 model featured a 6-litre straight-eight engine. The company survived the worst of the Great Depression but succumbed in 1938.

DEFECT #1 - SEATS

Description
With both passenger seat belts in use, in the event a high speed collision, the middle seat belt anchor nut and bolt may pull through the sheet metal floor.

Consequence
Vehicles would not comply with fmvss 210.

Corrective Action
Install mid anchor reinforcement to comply with pull test requirements of fmvss 210.
