A Union Pacific stack train climbs slowly up Cima Hill towards Las Vegas. The train will probably be speeding up the hill at the most 10 mph. This day Cima Hill was very busy unlike some other times.

DEFECT #1 - SEATS

Description
A brace between the seat mounting bolts and the chassis rail was omitted during assembly.  This omission could cause severe distortion of the driver's floor area and seat would fail to meet requirements of fmvss 207-210.  Consequence of defect: seats that fail to meet the fmvss requirement may fail during an accident and would not minimize injury to its occupants.

Install missing brace.
