Description
The emergency brake cable may become frayed or bound up on the heat shield of the propane tank mounting brackets.  Consequence of defect: emergency brakes could become inoperative.

Corrective Action
Reroute emergency brake cable to prevent contact with heat shield of the propane tank mounting bracket.
