DEFECT #1 - STEERING:WHEEL AND HANDLE BAR

Description
Adjustable steering column yoke end, that secures universal joint bearing cups, may not be of the correct execution and caps could come loose.

Consequence
This could cause loss of steering, which could resultin an accident.

Corrective Action
Replace complete steering shaft.
