DEFECT #1 - STEERING:LINKAGES

Description
An incorrect pinch bolt was used in the steering gear pitman arm that does not allow proper clamping force on the arm spline.

Consequence
Pitman arm splines could wear and affect steering which could result in a vehicle accident.

Corrective Action
Install the correct pinch bolt.

Description
Fuel line routing could allow the line to contact the electrical connection on the starter solenoid.

Consequence
Such contact could result in a truck fire.

Corrective Action
Reroute fuel line and replace line, if necessary.
