Description
Rear axle stabilizer (sway) bar may not have been properly heat treated.
Consequence
Corrective Action
Replace the stabilizer bar.

Description
Routing of fuel line could allow it to contact the electricial connection on the starter solenoid.
Consequence
Such contact could result in a truck fire.
Corrective Action
Reroute fuel line and secure away from starter solenoid.

Description
Sprague wiper assembly pivot can seize due to galvanic corrosion between the zinc-plated steel shaft and the bronze bushings.
Consequence
This corrosion can cause wiper arm/blade assembly to stopwiping windshield, this could affect driver visibility and result in anaccident.
Corrective Action
Replace sprague wiper assembly pivot with an assembly not susceptible to galvanic corrosion.
