Description
Safety belts were not provided for every seating position on the rear facing seats.

Consequence
Occupants of these seats would be more likely to sustain injury in a sudden stop or accident; also vehicles would not conform to fmvs s208.

Corrective Action
Install seat belts for rear facing seats.
