Rolf Sander was born in 1957. He collects old stuff. Everything from cars to stickers. This is his Scania truck that he uses for work most days, although he claims to be work shy. The truck is thirty years old, so no computer shit in it, which means that if it breaks Sander can fix it himself, but it never breaks. I like the Swedish design here.

Description
Due to improper seating, there could be a clearance between the wear washer and axle lug, or between the wear washer and the inner race of the bearing.

Consequence
When truck is loaded, contact between hub nut and hubend cap could cause nut to become backed off and result in the wheel becomingloose causing failure of the bearing and/or axle which could result in anaccident.

Corrective Action
Adjust bearing clearance to prevent hub nuts from backing off and wheel becoming loose.
