DEFECT #1 - FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY:FILLER PIPE AND CAP

Description
The fuel cap may not lock or seal properly.

Consequence
The fuel cap could leak in accident conditions, such asa vehicle rollover.  If a fire develops, leaking diesel fuel could ignite andcause personal injury.

Corrective Action
Replace the fuel cap with a new type lever cap.
