This truck has a different hood than its factory one. A quick repaint and it would look perfectly normal. Picture taken December 2021, I-49 South Rogers, Arkansas.

DEFECT #1 - STEERING:WHEEL AND HANDLE BAR

Description
The two brackets used to mount the tilt/telescoping steering columns to the dash may experience failure due to fatigue stress; cracks in the radius area at the bottom of the left bracket could propagate upward until bracket failure occurs.

Consequence
Failure of the steering brackets can lead to loss ofvehicle control and an accident without prior warning.

Corrective Action
Install new redesigned steering column mounting brackets.
