DEFECT #1 - SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:PEDALS AND LINKAGES

Description
Some of the brake linkage bellcrank end nuts are non-locking nuts, and can loosen in service.

Consequence
The brake linkage can become disconnected, causing lossof service brakes which could result in an accident.

Corrective Action
Replace any non-locking bellcrank nuts with locking nuts.
