DEFECT #1 - WHEELS:CENTER SECTION

Description
The wheels are incompatible with the hub/drum assembly.

Consequence
The lugs can loosen resulting in a loss of the wheel increasing the risk of a vehicle accident.

Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the wheels on these vehicles.

System: wheels; hub.vehicle description: fifth wheel recreational vehicles equipped with hayes6-lug, 16 hub/drum assembly.note: owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact western recreational at 1-509-457-4133.  Also contact the national highway traffic safety administration's auto safety hotline at1-800-424-9393.
