DEFECT #1 - STRUCTURE:BODY:ROOF AND PILLARS

Description
On certain conversion vans built on gmc express and ford e-150 chassis with a glue-on only style raised roof, if the glue were to completely release, the raised roof can come off.  

Consequence
This could result in a crash.  

Corrective Action
Dealers will install aluminum trim with screws to keep the roof from loosening.  Owner notification is expected to begin during january or february 2004.  Owners should contact quality at 1-800-373-6357.
