DEFECT #1 - EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS

Description
Thor motor coach (tmc) is recalling certain model year 2017 outlaw motorhomes manufactured january 15, 2016, to june 24, 2016. The affected vehicles are missing a warning label near the fuel fill station. This label warns operators not to smoke while in the presence of flammable vapors.
Consequence
An operator that smokes near the fuel fill station with flammable vapors present can increase the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action
Tmc will notify owners, and dealers will install the warning label, free of charge. The recall began on august 9, 2016. Owners may contact tmc's customer service department at 1-877-500-1020. Tmc's number for this recall is rc000120.

DEFECT #2 - STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR:HINGE AND ATTACHMENTS

Description
Thor motor coach (tmc) is recalling certain model year 2016-2017 outlaw motorhomes, models 37bg, 37ls, 37rb, 38re and 38rf, manufactured january 13, 2016, to december 8, 2016. The affected vehicles have rear cargo door hinges with welds that may be inadequate for securing the hinge pin to the hinge plate.
Consequence
If the welds are insufficient, the hinge may fail and the door could open with more force than normal, increasing the risk of injury.
Corrective Action
Tmc will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the hinge weld thickness, replacing the hinge as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on february 6, 2017. Owners may contact tmc customer service at 1-877-500-1020.

DEFECT #4 - EQUIPMENT

Description
Thor motor coach (thor) is recalling various 2003-2018 recreational vehicles, equipped with kidde plastic-handle or push button 'pindicator' fire extinguishers. See a list of the affected trailer models at: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2017/rmisc-17v758-5764.pdf. These extinguishers may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or excessive force may be needed to activate the extinguisher. Additionally, in certain models, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury and also render the product inoperable. Consequence
In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.
Corrective Action
