Description
Certification label fails to meet requirements of fmvss 126.  Also, no owner manuals.

Consequence
Without certification label showing correct weights, itis possible for an overloading condition to exist.

Corrective Action
Affix certification label with correct weight in a manner it cannot be removed without defacing.  Also, furnish owner's manual information.
