Surveillance tests indicated possible failure to pass prescri bed wheel testsof federal motor vehicle safety standard 109.tires used under severe orunusual conditions might deteriorat e due to extreme heat and flexing and ifleft in service couldresult in loss of air.(correct by inspecting andreplace wh ere necessary.)may 1969 thru december 1970.
