Description
Bolt failure, possibly due to hydrogen embrittlement, could occur.

Consequence
Failure of front mounting bolts could result in bodylifting off frame, hoist frame twisting and possible property damage.

Corrective Action
Replace bolts with bolts of improved quality and use attaching hardware to prevent failure.

Notes
System: mounting bolt, 1/2 x 1 1/2 whiz bolts used for service bodymounting applications.
