DEFECT #1 - SUSPENSION:REAR:SPRINGS:COIL SPRINGS

Description
At the taper pin end of the torque rod is a metal and rubber bushing. This bushing begins to unseat, or walks-out.
Consequence
Once the bushing begins to walk out, the torque rod can break allowing the rear axle of the bus to improperly track leading to a loss of control.
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the rear lower torque rods.

Description
The bar pin end can fail.
Consequence
This failure can cause the rear axle to cease tracking properly leading to a loss of control increasing the risk of a vehicle accident.
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the rear lower torque rods.
