Monon campaign no n/a. Trailer. Possibility that trailer was fitted with airbrake chambers that incorporated a design which allowed loosening of mountingnuts, which create air line fitting breakage and general loosening of brakesystem securement fateners. If thiscondition exists it could produce completefailure of the air braking system. (correct by inspecting and rework wherenecessary. )
