Honda campaign no n/a.possibility that frame was incompletel y welded inlower steering head area.condition, in this loca tion, decreases structuralstrength and may cause forward fram e area to crack under stress and bend outof alignment.if fr ont bends out of alignment would be a reduction of vehiclecon trol.(correctby welding steering head where necessary.)
