Conco campaign no n/a. Trailer-mounted sewer cleaning. Built between jan. 23, 1973 and nov. 15, 1973. Possibility that the axle spindle forgingprocesses used by axle supplier caused the steel in the axle spindle to becomepowdery. This condition gives no supporting strength and can allow spindle tosnap on axle. (correct by inspecting and replacing where necessary)
