The involved vehicles may have been assembled with a metallurgically deficient lower control arm ball joint assembly.

Consequence


Corrective Action
Dealer will replace right and left lower control arm ball joint assemblies.

Vehicle description: passenger vehicles.system: suspension; independent front control arm, lower ball joint.consequences of defect: this condition could result in loss of a front wheel ora heavily damaged front suspension, causing loss of vehicle control and anaccident.
