Description
The rear view is not large enough and fails to meet federal motor vehicle safety standard 111, rear view mirrors, which states that a mirror must have no less than 12.5 square inches of surface.

Consequence


Corrective Action
The dealer will replace the original mirror free of charge to owners.

Notes
Vehicle description: mopeds.system: visual; external rear view mirror.consequences of defect: insufficient rear view vision is achieved with theoriginal mirror.  This could contribute to an accident.
