Description
Slack adjustors installed on certain vehicles may not work properly and brakes would fail to remain properly adjusted.

Consequence


Corrective Action
Dealer will replace all defective slack adjustors without charge to owners.

Notes
Vehicle description: city cruiser buses equipped with rockwell automatic slackadjustors.system: service brakes; automatic slack adjustors.consequences of defect: continued vehicle operation may result in uneven andexcessive brake wear.  Failure of brakes to function properly could result in anaccident.
