DEFECT #1 - SEATS

Description
The seat back of the driver and the three passenger seats can fail and separate from the seat section of the seat.
Consequence
Corrective Action
Dealer will replace the seats on the involved vehicles at no cost to owner.

DEFECT #2 - EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS

Description
The placement of a fixed metal spider and lens in front of the head lamps on these vehicles may adversely affect the quality of the light output. This does not comply with federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, lamps, reflective devices and associated equipment.
Consequence
Corrective Action
Dealer will remove spider and lens from head lamps and install a plastic trim piece between the head lamps and outer headlight rim.
