DEFECT #1 - SEAT BELTS:REAR

Description
Vehicle description: limousines built by empire coach.  Safety belts may not have been installed for rear facing seats.

Consequence
Occupant of these seats would be subject to increased injury in event of a sudden stop or accident and vehicles do not comply with fmvss 208.

Corrective Action
Install additional safety belts.
