Description
Center high mounted stop lamp may be obstructed or absent.

Consequence
The obstruction or lack of a center high mounted stop lamp would increase the hazard of a rear end collision and the vehicle would not comply with fmvss 108.

Corrective Action
Remove obstructing window tinting or install high center stop lamp when missing.
