DEFECT #1 - STRUCTURE:FRAME AND MEMBERS

Description
Cracks may develop in the main frame at the landing gear attachment due to defective welding.  Consequence of defect: main frame could fracture and without warning, vehicle could crash.

Corrective Action
Modify main frame at landing gear attachment and/or install reinforcement to prevent cracking.

System: structure/main frame.  Vehicle description: flatbed truck trailers.
