Description
Front axle springs may crack in the spring eye area.  Consequence of defect: spring could become detached severely limiting vehicle control which may lead to an accident.

Consequence


Corrective Action
Replace top spring leaf.

Fasteners used to support the side skirt assembly may fail.

Consequence
Side skirt assembly may separate from truck.

Corrective Action
Install two supporting angles to prevent skirt assembly separation.
