Description
The grounding lug attached to the metal case of the 120vac/12vdc power converter does not have required grounding conductor connected to the chassis ground system.

Consequence
An electrical shock hazard may exist if an insulationfailure of a conductor inside the converter should occur.

Corrective Action
Install converter case ground conductor.
