Description
Park brake acuator lever could fail and brake would not engage when the gear shift lever is put in the p park position.

Consequence
Vehicle could move after it is parked, creating potentialfor a crash and injury.

Corrective Action
Replace park brake actuator lever with lever of heavier duty design.

Notes
System: park brake.vehicle description: vehicle chassis 16,000 and 18,000 lbs.  Used in commercialapplication such as tour buses.

Description
Brake hose which directs oil from the hydro max brake unit to a steel tube connected to the supply part on the park brake relay valve may contain defects and leak oil from the booster system.

Consequence
Reduction in hydraulic boost pressure and eventualoperation of the back up brake system and/or manual brakes only.

Corrective Action
A new improved hose will be installed in place of the defective one.
