DEFECT #1 - SEAT BELTS:FRONT:ANCHORAGE

Description
The rear seat safety belt anchorage failed to sustain the loads required by fmvss 210.  Safety belts are anchored to a bar attached to the floor of the vehicle.

Consequence
Occupants of seats with unsafe belts have increased riskof injury in the event of a sudden stop or vehicle accident.

Corrective Action
Replace the floor mounted safety belt anchorage with a frame mounted assembly.
