This will be our trailer. It has a "real" bathroom, a bed and a 2-person booth (neither of which need torn down to sleep or eat), an oven, and a dedicated freezer. Tons of storage too!

DEFECT #1 - UNKNOWN OR OTHER

Description
The low strength adhesive tape used to secure a shield for the washing machine motor can fail.  If the shield is not completely secure, suds and water can get under the shield and to the motor switch, causing overheating of the switch.

Consequence
Overheating of the motor switch creates a fire hazardwithin the travel trailer.

Corrective Action
Resecure the shield over the motor with a more robust adhesive, and replace the motor switch with a switch that is more resistant to water and contaminants.
