DEFECT #1 - SEATS

Description
Front and rear seat belts failed to comply with fmvss 210 load test.

Consequence
Seat occupants face increased risk of injury in the eventof a sudden stop or accident.

Corrective Action
Replace washers and backer plates for pedestals, and furnish proper seat belt bar brackets and bolts for the seat belt bar.

System: safety belt anchorage; fmvss 210.vehicle description: full sized van conversions built on chevrolet c20, gmc 2500, and ford 150 chassis.
