DEFECT #1 - WHEELS:LUGS/NUTS/BOLTS

Description
The wheel lug nuts on the rear wheels can loosen resulting in stud breakage.

Consequence
The detachment of a wheel can cause loss of steering control or an accident.

Corrective Action
Dealers will install new rear wheel spacers that convert the existing rear wheels to a hub piloted mounting system.
