DEFECT #1 - SEAT BELTS

Description
On certain ambulances, the seat belt anchors for the squad bench could pull out from the wall.  

Consequence
Seat occupant may not be properly restrained in an event of a crash.  

Corrective Action
Dealers will install steel plates to reinforce the seat belt anchors.  Owners should contact medtec at 1-574-534-2631.
