Description

On certain trailers, the wheels and nuts may not maintain a solid clamp due to decreased length of engagement.

Consequence

Wheels might separate from the axle hub because of thick rims and limited thread engagement.  A crash may occur without prior notice.

Corrective Action

Dealers will replace the wheel free of charge. The recall began on march 11, 2005. Owners may contact carriage industries at 435-752-3737 ext 315
