DEFECT #1 - SUSPENSION:REAR:SHOCK ABSORBER

Description
Eldorado national-kansas (eldorado) is recalling certain model year 2012-2015 amerivan 10 vehicles manufactured november 2, 2012, to april 8, 2015. In the affected vehicles, the upper rear shock absorber mounting bracket and the upper end of the shock absorber may separate from the chassis, possibly causing damage to the heater hose or the fuel filler hose.
Consequence
If the loose rear shock absorber damages the fuel filler hose, fuel may leak and increase the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action
Eldorado will notify owners, and dealers will replace the mounting bracket with a revised bracket that will be welded to the vehicle chassis. A suspension strap will also be added. These repairs will be made free of charge. The recall began on june 22, 2015. Owners may contact eldorado national-kansas customer service at 1-785-827-1033.

DEFECT #2 - FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS

Description
Eldorado national-kansas (eldorado) is recalling certain model year 2012-2016 amerivan 10 vehicles manufactured november 30, 2012, to may 20, 2016. Due to an improperly installed fuel line separator, the fuel line may rub against the engine cradle and cause a fuel leak.
Consequence
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may result in a fire.
Corrective Action
Eldorado will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the fuel line, and rework fuel line routing, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule. Owners may contact eldorado customer service at 1-913-392-2171.

Description
Eldorado national-kansas (eldorado) is recalling certain model year 2010-2015 amerivan and amerivan 10 vehicles manufactured september 1, 2009, to march 28, 2016 on dodge and chrysler minivan chassis. The crimp fastener on the fuel line assembly of the affected vehicles may not be fully crimped, allowing fuel to leak at the hose to fitting assembly.
Consequence
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
Corrective Action
Eldorado will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and rework or replace the fuel line assembly, free of charge. The recall began on may 11, 2016. Owners may contact eldorado mobility customer service at 1-866-392-6300.
