DEFECT #1 - ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Description
Pioneer coach interiors inc.  (pioneer) is recalling certain 2019-2020 prevost x3 and h3 vehicles.  The electronic control center circuit board may be damaged by voltages over 18 volts.  

Consequence
A damaged circuit board increases the risk of a fire.  

Corrective Action
Pioneer will notify owners, and dealers will install a protection module, free of charge.  The recall was completed january 31, 2021.  Owners may contact pioneer customer service at 1-615-860-1690.
