Description
Bwise manufacturing (bwise) is recalling certain 2021-2022 utility, car hauler, dump, tilt and equipment trailers equipped with wallace forge medium-duty adjustable mount couplers. The coupler may experience excessive play due to a missing .750 radius piece.
Consequence
Excessive play of the mount coupler can cause the trailer to uncouple, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action
Dealers will replace the coupler, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on september 10, 2021. Owners may contact bwise's customer service at 1-717-261-0922.
